Paralegal – Clinical Negligence

Permanent – London Based (4 Days In The Office)

Salary Up To Β£29,000pa + Benefits

My client, a top UK law firm, is actively recruiting for an experienced Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis in their London office – working as their new Clinical Negligence Paralegal.

The team provide expert advice to clients on the Claimant side and you'll be working with an experienced and award-winning team!

As the successful Paralegal, you'll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:

– Assisting the Solicitors with specific tasks allocated on their files

– Assisting with the organising and maintaining of the Solicitors files (electronic and hard copy)

– Conducting legal research

– Drafting legal and relevant documentation (for example, witness statements)

– Providing cover for other Paralegals within the team when needed

– Ad-hoc administrative duties

+ much more.

To be considered for this opportunity, you'll need to have/be the following:

– Have a minimum of 18 months experience within Clinical Negligence as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant

– Be educated to degree level (LLB/GDL – essential)

– Ideally, have a completed LPC/SQE1 (or be studying)

– Be competent in all MS applications
