Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities will evolve but will include:
- Proactive day-to-day support using strong initiative and excellent judgment.
- Complex diary and email management; scheduling in-person and hybrid meetings across multiple time zones.
- Full international and domestic travel coordination.
- Close collaboration with Business Development on client engagement activities.
- Acting as first point of contact: screening calls, correspondence, and managing confidential information.
- Preparing and editing documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and correspondence.
- Managing confidential files and records with accuracy and discretion.
- Coordinating billing, invoicing, and expenses with Finance.
- Leveraging internal systems and processes to maximise efficiency.
- Supporting special projects and providing flexible assistance where needed.
You will be:
- 3–6 years in a Secretarial role or high-level admin role within legal or professional services.
- Technically capable across Microsoft Office, Adobe Pro, DMS platforms, and billing systems.
- Exceptionally organised, adaptable, and confident managing competing demands.
- Polished and professional in communication and presentation.
- Proactive, dependable, and able to take ownership.
