My client is a leading and award-winning law firm who is looking to recruit a Reward Advisor to join their wider HR team on an ongoing permanent basis. The Reward & Benefits Advisor will be involved in a varied and exciting role, providing essential support to a number of the firm's legal divisions, as well as across the wider generalist HR team.

The key duties will include:

  • Support the Reward & Benefits Assistant with employee, partner and broker queries in relation to global benefits
  • Work with the Reward & Benefits Manager to deliver support and analysis on the annual reward activity
  • Assist with participation in global salary surveys, the annual benefit renewals, including the preparation of proposals, renewal communications, workflows, and benefit information documents
  • Support with the global business services and fee earner salary review process, including salary benchmarking and modelling
  • Maintain an awareness of market information on current and future reward related developments in the legal sector including those arising as a result of legislative changes and legal requirements
  • Assist with reward invoicing, including the reconciliation of membership listings and the associated re-charge process
  • Support with ongoing budget management for the HR department specifically in relation to reward
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with the benefit consultants and account managers
  • Work closely with the HR Data & Systems team

The Reward & Benefits Advisor will ideally be CIPD qualified with previous Reward/Compensation experience in a professional services firm, be confident using HR systems, show excellent attention to detail and sense of urgency towards their work. You will have solid data, reporting and analytical experience and be able to manipulate and present data for senior stakeholders.
