Our client is a reputable international law firm retaining many FTSE 100 clients. They are now looking for a collaborative and professional Recruitment Manager to join their wider HR team on a permanent basis.

Managing all recruitment end to end, whilst building strong working relationships with stakeholders and Hiring Managers.

Key Duties Include:

  • Be accountable for the fee earning and business support recruitment processes through the entire lifecycle, including permanent, interim hires, graduates/trainees and apprentices.
  • Support the Recruitment Adviser on advising hiring managers on appropriate selection techniques.
  • Lead the continuous development and improvement of recruitment practices and processes and provide innovative solutions to resourcing challenges.
  • Ensure strong diversity and inclusion practices throughout the recruitment process, supporting and encouraging managers when needed, whilst complying with all relevant employment or other law, including data protection compliance and GDPR.
  • Manage the Digital Legal Delivery UK, US & EMEA recruitment budget, tracking return on investment from recruitment initiatives and activities.
  • Seek to recruit the best available talent in the market, including attracting 'passive' candidates through channels other than traditional recruitment agencies and through constant improvement of our approach to selection.
  • Support the Recruitment Adviser in driving direct sourcing to achieve savings targets, reviewed annually.
  • Ensure that we are maximising the return on our investment in LinkedIn and other direct channels.

The Recruitment Manager will ideally have 3 years’ in-house legal recruitment experience, preferably within another law firm or professional services, along with a sound understanding of current recruitment trends. It is essential to demonstrate strong influencing & negotiating skills while being able to work in a high-pressured environment and make sound commercial decisions. Any experience of leading junior team members will be advantageous. The right candidate will possess a strategic approach and be proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter. The Recruitment Manager will be a confident, pro-active professional with an innovative and credible approach.
