Key Responsibilities
- Provide high quality administrative support to fee earners, including diary and inbox management, gatekeeping, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare, format, amend, and proofread legal documents, presentations, and correspondence.
- Manage billing, expenses, time recording, and new client/matter administration.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including visas and detailed itineraries.
- Maintain client records, contacts, and business development information within the firm's CRM system.
- Assist with document management, filing, printing, scanning, and other administrative tasks.
- Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, delivering a high standard of service.
- Support wider team projects and provide additional assistance where required.
About you:
- Previous experience as a Legal PA/EA in a law firm.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Flexible to meet the needs of the business.
- Comfortable working in the office 4 days a week minimum.
