You will be part of a dynamic Learning & Development (L&D) team supporting a significant global change programme, gaining valuable exposure to strategic projects and senior stakeholders.
My client is seeking a bright, proactive, and confident L&D Assistant to support the delivery of a high-profile internal programme. Working closely with the Global Head of L&D and Programme Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of initiatives, workshops, and events.
- Manage attendance tracking, follow-ups, and logistics including travel, accommodation, and dietary needs.
- Arrange accommodation, dinners, and group bookings including pre-orders.
- Manage invitations, acceptances, and logistics (including Virtual meeting setup).
- Provide administrative support during sessions (e.g. breakout rooms, polls, chat management).
Previous experience in an L&D or administrative role within a professional services environment is required. The ideal candidate should be proactive, adaptable, and able to use initiative with minimal supervision. A collaborative team player with a positive, flexible approach is essential.
