My client, a leading law firm specialising in technology and IT, is looking to hire a HR Assistant into their wider People team on a permanent basis.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional to join a highly regarded international law firm.

Working within a collaborative and supportive HR function, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional employee experience across the full employee lifecycle.

The successful candidate will support a busy HR team, providing high-quality administrative and operational support across onboarding, employee administration, HR systems, payroll processes, and leaver management.

As HR Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring HR processes are delivered accurately, efficiently, and with the highest levels of confidentiality.

  • ely. Prepare employment-related correspondence, including contractual changes and employee lett
  • ers. Assist with payroll administration activities and employee data upda
  • tes. Support annual performance review, salary review, and reward proces
  • ses. Respond to day-to-day HR enquiries and escalate more complex matters where appropri
  • ate. Maintain employee records within the HR system, ensuring data accuracy and complia
  • nce. Produce reports and HR analytics to support decision-making and business requireme
  • nts. Work closely with HR systems specialists to support system updates and process improveme
