A leading London law firm are looking to hire a Digital Marketing & Analytics Executive to join their Marketing & Business Development team. This is a newly created role, designed to strengthen digital performance, analytics and reporting across the firm’s marketing activity. This opportunity will suit someone who is genuinely passionate about analytics, enjoys working with data, and wants to play a key role in shaping how digital performance is measured, understood and improved within a professional services environment. You’ll be joining a brilliant, collaborative and highly supportive team, where digital is valued, ideas are encouraged, and development is taken seriously.
The Role
- Owning and evolving digital reporting, dashboards and analytics frameworks (GA4 and related tools)
- Turning performance data into meaningful insight, trends and recommendations
- Supporting and delivering email marketing campaigns and marketing automation
- Managing website content updates via CMS and supporting campaign landing pages
- Embedding SEO best practice across digital content
- Supporting social media publishing and paid LinkedIn activity as needed
- Working closely with CRM, BD and Events teams
Experience
- 3+ years’ experience in a digital marketing role within a B2B or professional services environment
- Strong working knowledge of GA4, analytics and reporting — with a real enthusiasm for insight and optimisation
- Experience with email marketing platforms and CMS systems
- Confident editing content and working across multiple stakeholders
- Naturally curious, organised and detail‑oriented
- Enjoys collaborating within a team but comfortable owning their space
- Experience within a law firm or wider professional services environment is highly desirable.
