Temporary Legal Executive Assistant – Register for Upcoming Assignments

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing high-level support to Partners and senior stakeholders, with duties including:
  • Complex diary and inbox management
  • Coordinating international travel and detailed itineraries
  • Preparing and processing billing, expenses, and time entries
  • Organising meetings, events, and client interactions
  • Drafting and formatting legal documents and correspondence
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
