Our client, a Group Litigation specialist law firm, is actively recruiting for Qualified Associates at all levels to join them on a permanent basis in their Manchester office - working in their experienced and renowned Product Liability team.
You'll be joining a Tier 1 ranked firm for Group Litigation - a firm that's representing over a quarter of a million individual clients across a range of cases. It's an exciting time to join this firm - they're looking for a Qualified Associate to join them at Senior Associate or Legal Director level.
As the successful Product Liability Associate, you'll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Working closely with Partners and Senior Associates on a range of specialist cases
- Leading teams of Paralegals to progress claims in a bulk setting
- Conducting complex research, drafting and reviewing - relating to relevant cases
- Resolving data issues and queries
- Preparing correspondence for both opposing Counsel and for clients
- Managing legal documentation
To be considered for this opportunity, you'll need to have/be the following:
- Be a Qualified Lawyer OR Barrister, looking for a Senior Associate or Legal Director level role
- Have demonstrable Group Litigation experience and IDEALLY have experience/exposure to Product Liability
- Be able to commute to their Manchester office
