Career Legal is working with a prestigious international law firm to recruit a Senior Business Development Manager to support its Debt Finance practice, part of a globally recognised Financial Markets team. This is a high-impact role for a strategic and commercially astute BD professional with experience in legal or professional services.
You will play a central part in driving business planning, market positioning, pitch strategy, and client development activity across a range of high-profile finance product areas – including leveraged, infrastructure, corporate, fund and growth markets finance.
- Lead BD and marketing initiatives across the Debt Finance group, working closely with senior partners in London and globally.
- Support client planning, key account growth, and sector-focused initiatives.
- Mentor junior team members and shape global BD best practices.
You will be part of a dynamic, international BD function that sits at the heart of the firm's growth strategy.
- Experience in business development or marketing within legal.
- Knowledge of or interest in finance-related sectors (e.g. Debt Finance, Private Credit).
- Exceptional communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
