Our client, a globally recognised law firm, is actively recruiting for an experienced Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis in their Birmingham office – working as their new Paralegal Coordinator.

You'll be part of an experienced team, supporting the delivery of key client projects. It's a great opportunity to be part of a client-facing and delivery-focused role. You'll work closely with Senior Stakeholders to identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and streamline processes through the use of legal technology.

As the successful Paralegal, you'll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:

  • Liaising directly with clients to support project delivery
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations for client meetings
  • Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
  • Coordinating and scheduling both internal and external meetings
  • Managing the collation and distribution of project documents

To be considered for this opportunity, you'll need to have/be the following:

  • Have experience as a Paralegal from a top law firm, with your role having a focus on the use of legal technology
  • Be educated to degree level (LLB/GDL)
  • Have the ability to build long-lasting client and internal relationships
  • Be able to commute to the Birmingham office on a regular basis
