Associate Solicitor – Data Centre Real Estate (2–3 PQE)

Location: Cardiff

We are working with a leading international law firm seeking an Associate Solicitor to join its specialist Data Centre team. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects for some of the world’s largest technology clients, within one of the firm’s fastest-growing regional offices.

The Role

  • Advise on all aspects of data centre development, leasing, and infrastructure projects.
  • Draft, negotiate, and manage a variety of commercial, real estate, and infrastructure agreements.
  • Collaborate with senior lawyers, internal stakeholders, and external counsel on complex deals.
  • Support client relationships while developing your own portfolio and expertise.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of a market-leading real estate team.

Key Requirements

  • 2–3 years’ PQE with a strong academic background and solid legal training.
  • Broad real estate and commercial experience, ideally with exposure to technology-related matters.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
  • Commercial awareness and experience supporting business development.
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
