Great opportunity to join a city-based law firm as a permanent administrator. In this role, you will provide efficient, proactive, and high-quality administrative support to Legal PAs and Fee Earners, helping Fee Earners focus on delivering legal services to clients while enabling Legal PAs to manage personal and client-related tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Processing invoices and expenses
- Opening new files and conflict searches
- Filing and archiving
- Ensuring the business development database is kept up to date
- General administration such as small printing/scanning and photocopying tasks
- Supporting the Legal PAs with preparing documents and presentations for meetings
- Supporting the Legal PAs with organising and booking meetings and events
- Real Estate specific tasks such as Land Registry application forms and company searches (training to be provided)
To be considered:
- Experience in an Administrator/Receptionist/Customer Service role desirable
- You will have a can-do and positive approach
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to take responsibility and ownership of tasks
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
