Outstanding Media Entertainment law firm now seek an additional Trade Mark attorney to join their growing Trade Mark team. A key appointment, the role will suit a Trade Mark attorney with 1-2 years PQE.
The successful candidate will be advising a range of exciting clients, from start-ups to global brands, many of which are household names. You will work closely with the Chartered Trade Mark Attorneys and the wider IP team, working with a high amount of autonomy, corresponding directly with clients, whilst being supported by an excellent team.
The trade mark portfolio management team advises clients on the full range of IP issues relating to trade mark clearance, prosecution and management of registered rights, as well as disputes before the IPO, across a number of industry sectors. The team also handles designs and domain name portfolios. Also working alongside the wider IP team, which includes IP litigators, paralegals, and trainees.
