We have an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and friendly law firm based in the city as a Junior Legal PA. In this role, you will take on a hugely varied role that has lots of exposure within the business. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop within a supportive and collaborative environment.
This role will support the team on a variety of administration and provide legal support to fee earners.
Key responsibilities:- Diary management and meeting organisation
- Processing expenses
- Support with organising small events
- Billing
- Opening new matters, AML checks and preparing engagement letters
- Ensuring the client database is kept up to date
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach.
- Previous experience in a legal or professional services environment is desirable but not essential.
