We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Lead to own and scale paid media performance across multiple brands. This role focuses on driving growth through strategic planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns primarily across Google Ads, with additional exposure to Meta and TikTok platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok
- Drive user acquisition, retention, and conversion performance
- Analyze data and performance metrics to improve ROI and CAC efficiency
- Execute A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and funnels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, product, and tech)
- Report insights and performance to senior leadership
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of performance marketing experience
- Strong expertise in Google Ads (Meta & TikTok experience preferred)
- Experience in mobile app marketing, e-commerce, or DTC
- Proficiency in analytics tools (GA4, GTM, dashboards)
- Strong data-driven mindset and ability to manage budgets
Additional Details:
- Based in JLT head office (on-site role; no remote work)
- Reports directly to Marketing Director
- Arabic or Russian speakers are a plus
