CDP / Sous Chef Greek Cuisine - Riyadh Season Event

Career Land Center is hiring a Head Chef / Pastry Chef for a Turkish and Greek restaurant during Riyadh Season in Saudi Arabia.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Contract: 6 months

Start Date: October 2026

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef, Pastry Chef, Executive Chef, or in a similar senior culinary position.
• Strong professional experience preparing Turkish and/or Greek cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of traditional Turkish and Greek pastries, desserts, and culinary techniques.
• Excellent understanding of food quality, presentation, consistency, and portion control.
• Experience leading and supervising a kitchen team.
• Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organization.
• Strong communication, leadership, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural restaurant environment.
• Culinary training or relevant professional certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise daily kitchen operations.
• Prepare and oversee the preparation of Turkish and Greek dishes and pastries.
• Maintain consistent quality, taste, presentation, and portion standards.
• Develop and maintain authentic recipes and menu items.
• Train and supervise kitchen and pastry team members.
• Monitor food inventory, ingredients, and kitchen supplies.
• Control food costs and minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Coordinate closely with the Restaurant Manager and front-of-house team.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen throughout service.
