We are supporting a fast-growing global technology and consumer business in building its next generation of international talent. The team is looking for an experienced Campus Talent Acquisition / Early Careers professional to lead university recruitment initiatives across the UK and Europe.

Scope: UK & Europe
What you’ll own:
- Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies across leading UK and European universities
- Build partnerships with university career centres, student societies, academics and internal business teams
- Manage end-to-end hiring for graduate programmes, internships and placement opportunities
- Lead sourcing, screening, assessment, interviews and offer management
- Design and deliver campus events including career fairs, workshops, tech talks and university engagement activities
- Enhance employer branding among early-career talent
- Manage candidate onboarding and support graduate/intern programme experience
- Track recruitment metrics, event ROI and offer acceptance to continuously improve campus strategy
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in campus recruitment, Early Careers TA or University Relations
- Strong understanding of the UK university ecosystem and graduate recruitment cycle
- Experience building relationships with universities and internal senior stakeholders
- Strong project and event management capability
- Comfortable using ATS, recruitment analytics and digital sourcing tools
- Experience within technology, e-commerce, logistics, retail or other fast-paced industries is preferred
- Knowledge of UK graduate hiring regulations and visa schemes is a plus
