The Role
- Prepare tax returns and compliance documents
- Assist with audits, including management rights
- Support integration of newly acquired firms
- Work with SMSFs and assist with software transitions (MYOB to Xero)
- Engage in client-facing activities and build strong relationships
- Support and guide junior team members
- Contribute to a collaborative and positive team culture
About You
- 3+ Years' experience
- CA/CPA qualified
- Experience in business services, tax returns and compliance
- Understanding of Australian accounting standards (CA or working towards highly regarded)
- Experience or exposure to audits and management rights (desirable)
- Familiar with MYOB, Xero or similar accounting software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptable, proactive and eager to learn
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
