Key Responsibilities

– Deliver excellent front-line service and handle student inquiries and complaints professionally.
– Organise engaging events and promote a vibrant student community.
– Support occupancy goals by promoting rebookings and achieving sales targets.
– Ensure the residence is safe, clean, and well-maintained at all times.
– Encourage and model sustainability practices such as recycling and energy-saving.
– Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, ensuring resident safety.
– Maintain compliance with health, safety, and data protection standards.

Person Specification

– Prior experience in student accommodation, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing role.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
– Sales awareness and ability to meet performance targets.
– Organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
– Flexible to work weekends and evenings as required.
