This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality care to adults with complex mental health and physical health needs.
The service is easily commutable from Haslemere, Godalming, Farnham, Petersfield, Bordon, Alton, Liphook, Midhurst and surrounding areas.
As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering safe, effective and person-centred care while maintaining high clinical standards and supporting individuals on their recovery journey.
