HR Consultant (Full or Part-Time) – Sheffield – £27k -£30k + excellent benefits Due to continued growth and expansion, they are looking to recruit an experienced HR generalist to join their HR consultancy team. Working in a collaborative environment, you will have the opportunity to develop long-lasting client relationships with a variety of clients from a diverse range of sectors. As a HR advisor, you’ll work closely with clients to gain a thorough understanding of their organisational objectives and culture. You will be comfortable to work with stakeholders at all levels our clients’ organisations, assessing risk and providing expert support and guidance in a wide range of employee relations matters. Responsibilities include: Responsible for developing and enhancing excellent client relationships to ensure timely and high-quality HR advice is always maintained Responsible for maintaining and developing an in-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practice Creating and/or developing employee handbooks and policies that are legally compliant and tailored to the client’s needs Produce high-quality, legally compliant documentation promptly.
