Our client is an extremely well established and successful organisation based in the Uckfield area; due to continued growth and expansion they are now growing their team and looking to recruit an experienced Furniture Designer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing products on Imos CAD/CAM system from client specifications
  • Modelling components on AutoCAD
  • Producing drawings from models using AutoCAD tools
  • Producing costings from models
  • Producing manufacturing data from CAD
  • Thoroughly checking all work at every stage
  • Liaising with clients to co-ordinate design / installation including other trades etc

Experience required:

  • Minimum 2-3 years design experience in a manufacturing environment
  • AutoCAD proficiency
  • Be career minded
  • An excellent team player

You will have full training on Imos CAD/CAM system, AlphaCAM CAM system, AutoCAD where required.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
