Part-time Finance Assistant – Hurley – £13.5k – £17.5k per annum plus benefits Our client is looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Part-time Finance Assistant to support the accounts team within their business. The successful applicant needs to be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and perform well under pressure. You’ll be working closely with the Finance Manager, providing support across the Sales and Accounts departments. Responsibilities include: Maintaining relationships with existing customers and providing high levels of customer support. Purchase Ledger processing through our bespoke system for integration into Sage Line 50, reconciling against supplier statements for the end of month payment run. Credit Control – chasing debtors and ensuring all accounts are kept up to date. Bank Reconciliation daily. Spend Analysis Credit Card Analysis / Reconciliation and posting.
