Job Description
Branch Sales Executive – Alfreton – £30k + excellent benefits
Our client is a well-established supplier of building, plumbing and timber materials, as well as providing high-quality plant and tool hire equipment. Due to continued growth and expansion, they are now looking to recruit a Branch Sales Executive.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Upselling and cross-selling products, persuading customers to make purchases and meet sales targets.
- Have a good understanding of the products and services offered to ensure accurate information and advice is given to customers.
- Proficient in handling cash transactions and processing payments.
- Exceptional communicator at all levels and through all channels.
- Able to build strong work relationships with other departments to help drive sales.
- Fully competent to work with a variety of systems including Microsoft Office applications, Merlin (or similar sales software) and a CRM.
Skills Required:
- Proven overachievement of sales targets in a similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of building materials
- Experience of using Microsoft Office packages (Word & Excel)
- Experience of using sales associated software including a CRM.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.00am to 4.30pm (1 hour unpaid break) and 25 Saturdays from 8.00am to 12.00pm
