Furniture Designer - Uckfield - £28k - £30k per annum plus company benefits
Our client is an extremely well established and successful organisation based in the Uckfield area; due to continued growth and expansion they are now growing their team and looking to recruit an experienced Furniture Designer.
Key Responsibilities for the Furniture Designer role:
- Designing products on Imos CAD/CAM system from client specifications
- Modelling components on AutoCAD
- Producing drawings from models using AutoCAD tools
- Producing costings from models
- Producing manufacturing data from CAD
- Thoroughly checking all work at every stage
- Liaising with clients to co-ordinate design / installation including other trades etc
Experience required for the Furniture Designer role:
- Minimum 2 years design experience in a manufacturing environment
- Be career minded
- Full training available where required
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
