Career Connect in Wirral is seeking two Careers Coaches to support 16-18-year-olds who are not in education, employment or training. You will use coaching methods and your ability to build relationships to help young people think positively about their futures, track progress and keep them engaged with our service.
You will assist them to identify strengths, explore options, and move into employment, education or training while linking to wellbeing support when needed.
