We are currently recruiting Trainee Career Advisers to join our highly successful team.

Are you ready to take the next step and make a real difference to the lives of young people? Would you like to work with one of the most successful careers guidance services for schools and colleges in the UK?

Whilst you train, you will work alongside our highly professional Careers Advisers, in a number of schools delivering one to one career guidance, motivational group work and employer encounters with young people. We care about careers and we want to invest in your future, so we will fund a Level 6 Diploma in Careers Guidance & Development, as part of your training, worth over £3,000

We can offer flexibility for full time/ part time work/ term time working arrangements. We believe that part-time workers also have a valuable contribution to make to our workforce, alongside our full-time people.
