Career Connect is seeking an enthusiastic CIAG Adviser to work with offenders in custody, helping them prepare for work on release and to start a new life post-release.
You will engage with people serving custodial sentences, support learning and employment opportunities, and work to individual targets within a compliant contract framework. Training will be provided and a 35-hour week with flexitime is offered.
