We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Prison Job Adviser to help deliver the CFO Evolution contract in the North‐West. The contract works with offenders in custody and through the Gate to help them address their resettlement goals.

The role involves working with people on remand or serving custodial and community‐based sentences, supervised by the National Probation Service, to engage them in learning, training and employment opportunities, either through one‐to‐one or group work. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to people and communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with offenders on remand or serving custodial and community‐based sentences to engage them in learning, training and employment opportunities.
  • Support offenders to address resettlement goals under the CFO Evolution contract.
  • Collaborate with partner organisations to secure learning, training and employment opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up‐to‐date databases and records.
  • Work under the National Probation Service supervision to meet individual target outcomes.
