We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Employer Engagement Leader, who can provide links to employers and work in partnership with stakeholders to create events and activities for offenders in custody to help them prepare for work on release. The job involves networking with employers and organising employment events and activities that are linked to local and nationwide employment opportunities across a number of prison sites within the East Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to people and communities.
Key Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience of working with employers in the context of seeking opportunities for people facing multiple barriers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills both verbal and written
- Experience of managing teams who help offenders or other vulnerable groups to move forward in their lives
