Career Connect is seeking an Engagement Worker to join our community team in Manchester. You will provide careers advice to 16-18-year-olds who are not in education, employment or training, helping them plan their futures through meaningful engagement.
This role requires excellent communication skills and some experience of helping others, with 5 GCSEs or equivalent qualification. You will have a base in Powerhouse but work across the community to support young people effectively.
