You will assist in producing our data, performance and intelligence reports relating to young people. This involves quality assuring the information in our CRM system and taking appropriate corrective action to resolve any issues in respect of data collection and reporting. You will also be responsible for the management of referrals coming into the service and accurately updating the client database.
It’s not a wholly system-based role; you will also act as a point of contact for young people and partners who contact our service, helping to schedule appointments for clients on behalf of our busy team. The role will be based at our office The Powerhouse, Manchester though you will occasionally support events in venues in the community across the area. You will need to be able to manage your time well and travel independently. There may be an occasional option to work from home but this is very much an office-based role as you are working at the very heart of our service, as a key point of contact for our team members as they deliver the service.
Location: The Powerhouse, 140 Raby Street, Moss Side, Manchester M14 4SL

Closing date for applications: 18/03/2026
Interviews: Expected to take place on 26/03/2026 via Face to Face
