We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Senior Operations Manager to lead on the delivery of our Criminal Justice Contracts. We are seeking an experienced, performance driven manager with project management skills and operational and relationship management experience. Salary for this position is £45,690 - £48,258 per annum.
As Senior Operations Manager, you will work closely with the Director of Justice Services and Service Managers to lead and manage the operational delivery of these contracts to ensure they meet their aims and objectives. You will be skilled in managing staff and leading a high performing team to meet their targets. You will be effective in managing relationships with key stakeholders and partner organisations.
The successful candidate will have experience in delivering performance-related contracts, managing people and be skilled in the multi-tasking required of a Senior Operations Manager. You will be based in either Walker House, Liverpool or our Peter Street base in Manchester.
