It’s an exciting time to join Career Connect. We’re looking for a creative Digital Content Officer to help us tell our story. We’re proud to have been named Careers Provider of the Year. Our growth and digital transformation strategies are well underway, and we’re looking for a proactive digital content specialist to help us grow our visibility and engagement.

As Digital Content Officer, you’ll bring together high-quality content creation, strong technical and analytic skills, and the ability to apply insights. We’d love to hear from you if you are:

  • Passionate about finding and telling stories that inspire
  • Excited about exploring new digital channels and creating engaging platform-specific content including video
  • Experienced in creating and executing multi-channel digital campaigns, using analytics to measure impact, and applying insights to increase engagement
  • An excellent writer, with skills in SEO and GEO
  • Experienced in day-to-day website management
  • Able to create integrated user journeys, including CRM
  • Eager to empower colleagues to create their own content
  • Experienced working within and across teams

Our Digital Content Officer will play a key role in helping our charity break down barriers and reach even more people with our life-changing services. We’d love you to join us on this journey.

Qualifications

  • 2 years + experience of website management
  • Proven experience in digital content creation
