Career Connect is seeking a proactive Careers Coach for our Flexible Response Team. Based at our Liverpool Head Office, Walker House, you will support NEET 16-18s, helping them explore strengths, build confidence and take steps toward work, education or training.
You will collaborate with families, services, training providers and employers, travel across the area as needed, and deliver tailored coaching to help young people engage with opportunities and wellbeing support.
