We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Business Systems & Through the Gate Coordinator to help us deliver the CFO Evolution contract in the North-West. The contract works with offenders in custody and Through the Gate to help them address their resettlement goals.

We are seeking an experienced administrator capable of working to a demanding schedule. Contributing towards an efficient and quality service, the candidate must be capable of working with and understanding a range of complex data. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to people and communities.

You’ll need to be:

  • confident and proactive
  • a good communicator with a non-judgemental approach
  • have excellent IT skills and be comfortable working on databases
  • have a strong attention to detail
  • effective at working with partner organisations to ensure the best results for our participants

To work as part of a team in the Achieve Business Unit undertaking a range of tasks including coordination of prison releases and transfers across the country, quality assurance, compliance monitoring, finance, and administration.

Salary range between £23,576 – £24,837 per annum.
