It’s an exciting time to join Career Connect. We are looking for a creative Digital Content Officer to help us tell our story. We are proud to have been named Careers Provider of the Year. Our growth and digital transformation strategies are well underway, and we are looking for a proactive digital content specialist to help us grow our visibility and engagement.
As Digital Content Officer, you will bring together high-quality content creation, strong technical and analytic skills, and the ability to apply insights. We would love to hear from you if you are:
- Passionate about finding and telling stories that inspire
- Excited about exploring new digital channels and creating engaging platform-specific content including video
- Experienced in creating and executing multi-channel digital campaigns, using analytics to measure impact, and applying insights to increase engagement
- An excellent writer, with skills in SEO and GEO
- Experienced in day-to-day website management
- Able to create integrated user journeys, including CRM
- Eager to empower colleagues to create their own content
- Experienced working within and across teams

Qualifications:
- 2 years + experience of website management
- Proven experience in digital content creation
