Opportunity to join a small consultancy in the Hospitality Sector. This position is open to individuals in the Hospitality Sector, such as Restaurant Managers, who are looking for a career change, along with people who have industry experience implementing or training on POS / Restaurant Management systems.
Duties:
- Manage the business as usual technical admin for restaurant chains, e.g., pushing through price changes/offers etc. on their systems.
- Build relationships, initially working alongside a manager with client discussions but taking more responsibility over time.
- Learn how the client operates, future plans, and what their pain points are.
- Data Analysis: View trends and gain insights from the unique data.
- When confident in the role, consult clients and deliver new, more efficient methods and re-designs.
- Use your knowledge and draw on data insights to propose new initiatives (menu changes etc.).
Skills required:
- Experience within the Restaurant/Hospitality sector.
- Use of systems such as Toast, Access, Restaurant365, Aloha etc.
- Tech savvy, especially if coming from a background as a Restaurant Manager; you will need to be tech savvy to pick up the different systems.
- Setting up Wi-Fi printers, being the go-to person for Office365 questions, creating Excel spreadsheets, troubleshooting connectivity issues.
