Skills and experience required
- Strong skills with Office 365, Intune, Azure
- Mid level Networking skills with Routers (e. g CISCO), worked with TCP/IP services etc
- Experience with Active Directory is beneficial but not essential
- Confidence to manage 3rd parties (e. g outsource support services)
- Customer Support friendly
