  • Adaptable, innovative, motivated and comfortable talking with stakeholders (unusual for a developer role, this is the primary skill required)
  • C# .NET is currently the core language and Python secondary. C# does not need to be your primary; they are open to JAVA, Node.js, Python etc. and someone willing to cross train.
  • Experience building APIs
  • React or similar (Vue / Angular)
  • AZURE or AWS
  • Data Engineering is an advantage
  • Experience building AI enabled applications or demonstrable interest
  • Upper mid or senior level experience and motivation to progress to leadership
