Duties:

  • Manage the business as usual technical admin for restaurant chains, e.g., pushing through price changes/offers etc. on their systems.
  • Build relationships, initially working alongside a manager with client discussions but taking more responsibility over time.
  • Learn how the client operates, their future plans, and what their pain points are.
  • Data analysis to view trends and gain insights from unique data.
  • When confident in the role, consult clients and deliver new, more efficient methods and re-designs.
  • Use knowledge and data insights to propose new initiatives (e.g., menu changes).

Skills required:

  • Experience within the Restaurant/Hospitality sector.
  • Familiarity with systems such as Toast, Access, Restaurant365, Aloha, etc.
  • Tech savvy, especially if coming from a background as a Restaurant Manager; ability to pick up different systems.
  • Setting up Wi-Fi printers, being the go-to person for Office365 questions, creating Excel spreadsheets, troubleshooting connectivity issues.
