- Reconcile customer payments.
- Troubleshoot Queries and Issues
- Report based on guidelines
- Contact and support customers with payment issues
Experience required:
- Experience as Credit Controller, xgikmsk Accounts receivable or collections
- Comfortable with Customer contact (via phone and email)
