A fast‑growing mobile/AdTech scale‑up is looking for an Ad Monetization Manager to own and optimise in‑app ad revenue across its Mobile content products (news, short‑form video, games).

The role involves:

  • Yield optimisation
  • Monitoring CPMs, fill rate, bid density and revenue per user
  • Tweaking price floors, auction rules and partner setups to increase yield
  • Supporting revenue forecasting and modelling
  • Monetization analytics
  • Building and maintaining dashboards and reports
  • Investigating revenue drops, anomalies and partner performance issues
  • Turning data into clear, actionable recommendations for Product and Commercial teams
