I’m an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), IAF Certified Professional Facilitator, and lead Kinharvie’s Coach Education provision. I partner with leaders, managers, and teams to create reflective spaces where awareness deepens and more intentional ways of leading and working can take shape. My practice is grounded in a Gestalt approach, with Clean Language methodologies playing an increasing role in how I work. I pay close attention to present-moment experience and to the patterns, assumptions, metaphors, and ways of relating that shape how people lead, decide, and collaborate.
Through coaching and facilitation, I support individuals and teams to navigate complexity, engage more thoughtfully with challenge, and act with greater clarity and agency.
