What the Role Involves
- Working across three small supported living homes, you’ll provide person-centred support tailored to each individual’s needs and choices.
- Supporting with personal care and daily routines.
- Helping with cooking, shopping, and maintaining a safe home environment.
- Administering or supporting with medication.
- Transporting individuals to day centres, appointments, and community activities.
- Encouraging independence, social inclusion, and confidence.
- Supporting people to enjoy hobbies, activities, and meaningful experiences.
- Maintaining accurate records and following care plans.
Most of the people we support attend day placements, meaning your focus will mainly be on morning and evening support routines.
About You
- Experienced in supporting people with learning disabilities and/or autism.
- Caring, patient, and genuinely passionate about helping others.
- Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently.
- A confident driver with a full UK driving licence.
- Positive, proactive, and committed to high-quality support.
- Comfortable working across multiple services.
Most importantly, you’ll be someone who treats people with dignity, respect, and compassion.
