This is an exciting opportunity for a Plumber to join Novus Property Solutions, Responsive Repairs division, providing high-quality plumbing repairs and replacement services within Social Housing tenanted properties. This role will support you, value your skills, give you stability, whilst keeping your work interesting and meaningful.

Responsibilities
- Replacing sanitaryware, toilets, baths, shower trays, basins, refurbishment of shower heads and taps
- Repair of watermains supplies, soil stacks and drainage, ideally within social housing, tenanted properties
- Maintenance and repair of hot water systems, cold water storage tank maintenance and renewal
- Responsive repairs call‑out on domestic properties – assessment of works required, identifying solutions and carrying out repairs
- Work from job tickets or a handheld device daily, managing own day and workload effectively
- Always delivering an outstanding service to customers with the understanding that you are working in their homes
Qualifications
- Qualified to NVQ Level 2 Plumbing
- Full UK Driving licence is essential
- DBS check required
- Following Novus’ exemplary Health and Safety policies and standards
