About the Role
We are currently looking for a Coordinator to join our fast‑paced operations support team within the Property Services division.
The role involves managing work orders, scheduling diaries for trades employees, liaising with trade staff and residents, and providing a first point of contact for business partners and residents.
Responsibilities
- Receive work orders and schedule work diaries for trades employees completing repairs and maintenance works for residents.
- Liaise with trade staff and other repair staff to ensure all appointment targets are met and keep residents informed of their scheduled repair and maintenance works.
- Deliver the right outcome for our customers.
- Act as the first point of contact within the area for business partners.
- Assist in complaint and query resolution.
- Manage the diary and bookings schedule for the team.
- Complete required administration tasks.
- Seek opportunities to improve performance and offer solutions.
- Establish and maintain effectiveness by developing strong working relationships with team members and business stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Solid experience in administration within a busy customer‑focused role.
- Some understanding of building maintenance terminology preferred.
- Experience using several different computer systems.
- Ability to manage own workload.
- Strong customer service focus and confident telephone manner.
- Ability to think quickly and clearly, working well under pressure.
- Empathy and passion for helping people.
