Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for Production Packaging Operatives to join a leading manufacturing company based in Wrexham Industrial Estate. This role is initially temporary but with potential to become permanent.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate automated and semi-automated production lines.
  • Pack and label products accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organised work areas.
  • Continuously check product and packaging quality, reporting any issues immediately.
  • Keep machines and lines supplied with packaging materials and labels.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in production or packaging work preferred.
  • Ability to work 12‑hour shifts.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to follow processes.

Compensation and Working Hours:

  • Day rate: £12.80 per hour (6am – 6pm).
  • Night rate: £13.10 per hour (6pm – 6am).
